It provides an annual industry snapshot of performance.
The report covers issues relating to shippers, pallets, advanced shipping notifications and delivery in full and on time windows. It details how often and how severe non-conformance issues are at the retailer distribution centres.
The TPF recommends and encourages trading partners to use the report in collaborative discussion in areas of concern with the ambition of improving overall conformance to delivery standards.
