The Perfect Delivery Report 2020 investigates the retailer perspective of supplier deliveries into ambient and cold chain DC networks. The report is based on the retailer requirements as outlined in the Common Delivery Guidelines and reviews conformance levels for the year 2020. It provides an industry snapshot of performance that will be delivered on an annual basis.
The report covers issues relating to shippers, pallets, ASNs and DIFOT windows. It details how often (prevalence and trend) and how severe (impact) non-conformance issues are at the retailer DCs. Suppliers are encouraged to use the report to open collaborative discussion with retailer trading partners against areas of mutual concern.
