Food & Grocery Code of Conduct & Australian Competition Law Training

AFGC in partnership with NextGen are running a full day training program covering both Australian Competition Law and Food and Grocery Code of Conduct.

Food and Grocery Code of Conduct

The first half of the day will be focussed on bringing you bang up to date with the latest news, intelligence and conduct with regards the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct and how it applies to supermarket retailers. Know your rights – be FGCC confident.

Supermarket staff must be re-trained annually so it is recommended that suppliers are re-trained at least every two years.

Australian Competition Law

Protect yourself and your company. The second half of the program outlines how competition law impacts you and your business, why it’s important, how to avoid compliance problems and how it intersects with FGCC.

This program is recommended for those who have already completed the full day FGCC training program.
