Treasury drops proposed amendments to ACL
The AFGC has received advice from the Department of the Treasury that amendments to Australian Consumer Law canvassed in the Australian Consumer Law Review: ACL Amendments, and in particular the Exposure Draft of legislation to amend the Competition and Consumer Act have been dropped.
