This program is intended for future Commercial Leaders, essentially candidates in your business who you consider ‘high potential’ and whose learning and capability you want to accelerate.

NOTE:  A rigorous application process will ensure that ALL candidates meet the pre-determined criteria prior to acceptance onto the program.

PROGRAM      OBJECTIVES:
The program aims to develop the next generation of Commercial Leaders by:

KEY SKILLS COVERED:

The program consists of four core modules, which can be approached as a collective (our recommendation) or as individual units:

1 – INSIGHT LED SELLING AND CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Know how to utilise a broad range of category, consumer, shopper and commercial insights to proactively identify and capitalise upon category levers for joint growth.

2 – COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

How to manage the P&L and all trade investment to deliver improved net revenue realisation. All delivered through long term joint business plans.

3 – ADVANCED CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND NEGOTIATION

Building the required customer management, commercial selling and negotiation skills to achieve sustainable value realisation.

4 – HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PERSONAL PERFORMANCE

Developing leadership behaviours and performance style for highly effective commercial, customer and team management.

PROGRAM DELIVERY:

The program has been developed with flexibility in mind. You can choose to participate in all four modules or individual modules to suit your needs. Each module is a three day residential-style program.

In addition to the core program you can choose additional options to further support your learning. These optional ‘extras’ include coaching and mentoring sessions, as well as group learning forums.
