Donna Alexander is Director, Membership and Marketing for the Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC). She leads a team of marketing and events professionals that strive to delight members and build awareness of AFGC. Donna started her career in the retail sales industry with Estee Lauder and understands some of the challenges members face. This is enhanced by other management roles with Crabtree & Evelyn, Sunglass Hut and Westpac. Donna holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Business, which gives her a deep understanding of consumer behaviours and delivering services that meet member needs. To learn more about the not for profit sectors, Donna served on the Board of Keep Australian Beautiful worked and RSL. Prior to joining AFGC, Donna worked as an Assistant Director for the Australian Digital Health Agency to gain government experience. This breadth of skills, qualifications and experiences allows Donna to appreciate a range of member perspectives and requirements. She connects with members to ensure all members get great value from their membership.
