Productive Retail Relationships

AFGC recognises the vital relationships that exist between our members and their retail trading partners. We embrace the opportunity to engage with the retail community on behalf of members, and regularly facilitate opportunities for members and their trading partners to come together to discuss issues and opportunities, work through concerns that may arise and work collaboratively for agreeable outcomes.

Some of the ways in which this is achieved are through:

• Top to top meetings at CEO and Senior Executive level
• The annual AFGC Highlands Senior Executive Forum and other industry forums and seminars
• Efficient Consumer Response Australasia (ECRA) at Board and Working Group level
• Retailer presentations and discussions with our committees
  
• Projects involving retailer and AFGC member personnel focussed on addressing industry specific issues

We have played a positive and pivotal role in bringing supplier and retailer communities together with an aim to drive outcomes that benefit all parties since its inception. This continues to be an important strategic objective of ours now and for the future.
